Tips for Brewing the Perfect Cup
· - 1 heaping teaspoon loose tea or 1 tea bag
· - 1 cup 7-9oz. (200-250ml.) heated water
· - 185-212°F (85-100ºC) water temp.
· - 3-5 minute steeping time

About this Tea:
For those of you that like a very full bodied tea with flavor and stringency and has 'oomph' in the cup - this is it!
You will see by the leaf appearance that the tea is very small and rounded. The reason for it being like this is simple. There are tea companies in Japan, Germany, France and Scandinavia who wanted a tea for tea bags, which had:
i) quality that was in the top 5 percentile of world quality (well into the specialty tea quality)
ii) price was no object
iii) the best malty and 'mouth-feel' flavor and character they could find in a tea.
