We are often are asked what is the proper steeping times and temperatures when brewing your favourite tea. The following chart is a great general guide. There are eight types of teas listed. It is worth noting that Rooibos and Herbal Teas are not technically classified as true teas since they are not made using tea leaves from the Camelia Sinensis shrub.
