Local Pickup: 

Although our location is not setup for browsing, local customers are always welcome to pickup their orders ...Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday  10am - 4 pm  at our warehouse  - 382 Olivewood Road (S of Bloor & E of Kipling). I f you are coming by TTC,we are just just a short walk form the Kipling Subway Station. Our system is setup during checkout with a local pickup option and no shipping charge will be added. Please leave an approx. ETA in the instructions to the seller section during checkout or you can call us local 416-233-1800 to speak with someone here.

We do ship international to most countries with Canadapost. You will have the option during checkout to choose a shipping rate with tracking and without based on your total order amount. For international orders with surface post (no tracking) we will email you a pdf of the shipping label to confirm we have mailed your order.

Canadapost Regular Parcel with tracking  (2-10 business days - depending on your location).

United States:

We offer US Airmail (no tracking) or US Expedited Parcel (with tracking) depending on total order amount . Both services are 5-10 business days depending on your address location.


Canadapost Int'l Parcel - (no tracking ... 1-2 months)

Canadapost Int'l Parcel- (with tracking ... 3-4 weeks)

Please note that orders shipping to  U.S. & International destinations may be opened for customs inspection and subject to delivery delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Customers are also responsible for any duties or taxes that may be levied by their respective customs service.


All food products are non-taxable for all destinations

All non-food products are HST/GST taxable for Canadian orders only depending on your provincial or territorial destination.


We  accept returns on non-food items only. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order to begin the return process. All items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will email you a return postage label which can be printed and attached to the return box. Once returned items are received back to our warehouse, we will promptly issue a refund.

Due to our food safety program,  food items are not returnable. If a food item in your order has been damaged during transit or is the incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
