Shipping Info/Returns

To our many U.S. customers, we have regrettably had to pause our  U.S. shipping due to the 35% U.S. Tariffs effective Aug. 29/2025.

Orders are sent with either Canadapost Regular Parcel or UPS Standard and we to ship to all Canadian destinations. P.O. & RPO boxes will ship with Canadapost. We process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Tracking is provided for all shipments.

We offer the following flat rate shipping: 

Ontario – 9.99

Manitoba, Quebec – 12.99

All other Provinces  - 14.99

Far North – 19.99

All orders over $75 ........... SHIP FREE!!

Order Pickups: Orders can be picked up at our warehouse  - 382 Olivewood Road (Bloor & Kipling). We will send you an email alert as soon as your order is ready. Please call ahead 416-233-1800  before coming to make sure we are in. Thank you.

Taxes:

Food products including all our teas are non-taxable.

Non-food products are HST/GST taxable at the rate for your provincial or territorial location.

Returns (Please Read): 

We accept returns on non-food items only. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to begin the return process. All non-food items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will email you a return postage label which can be printed and attached to the return box. Once returned items are received back to our warehouse, we will promptly issue a refund.

Due to our food safety policy, our teas or food items are not returnable. If an item in your order has been damaged during transit or is the incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will resolve the issue with either a replacement or refund. We do pay close attention to best before dates on all of our teas and food products and we will not ship any item that does not have a satisfactory best before date..
