Frantoia Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the result of the skilful union of oils obtained from 30% Biancolilla olives grown in the mountains of Agrigento, another 30% Cerasuola olives from the mountains of Trapani and 40% Nocellara del Belice olives, grown in the mountains of Palermo.
The olives are harvested between 15 October and 15 November, then pressed within 12 hours of harvesting in continuous cycle mills. The product rests for about two months in the silos of our warehouses at a controlled temperature of 18° C, with the help of nitrogen, which prevents oxidation caused by oxygen.
The result is a unique style, an oil with an intense and unforgettable aroma and a rounded taste that blend together in an impeccable product.
Over the years Frantoia has carved out a special place for itself as an ambassador of Sicilian oil in the world.
